Description
BUTTER CHICKEN
Ingredients provided:
• Marinated chicken pieces
• Tomato puree
• Cream
• Rice (if selected)
• Vegetables (if selected)
Ingredients from own source:
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oil and butter (optional)
Equipment required:
• Large frying pan with lid
• Pot with lid for rice
• Pan with lid for vegetables
Instructions:
• Cook rice and vegetables.
• Heat some oil and butter (if using) in the frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken into the pan and cook a couple of minutes while turning to cook all sides slightly.
• Lower the heat, add the tomato puree and cream, stir about a bit, cover and let simmer 20 minutes or so.
• Serve with rice and vegetables.
