CABBAGE BURGER
Ingredients provided:
• Slice of cabbage
• Beef patty
• Tomato relish
• 50 g cheddar
Ingredients from own source:
• Oil
• Salt and pepper
Equipment required:
• Lined lipped baking tray for airfryer or oven
• Grater
• Slotted spatula
• Heat proof serving plate
Instructions:
• Heat airfryer or oven to 180°C
• Place the slice of cabbage on the lined baking sheet, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.
• Ladle a little of the tomato relish onto the cabbage and top with the beef patty.
• Bake until done (20 – 25 minutes).
• Remove the cabbage burger with the slotted spatula to the serving plate.
• Top with the rest of the tomato relish and the grated cheese.
• Return to the air fryer or oven to melt the cheese.
