Description
FLATBREAD PIZZA
Ingredients provided:
• Flatbread
• Cooked toppings
• Cheddar and Mozzarella
• Tomato relish
Equipment required:
• Grater
• Foil or baking paper
Instructions:
• Set the oven/air fryer to 200°C.
• Grate the cheeses and keep aside.
• Place the flatbread on the piece of foil or baking paper larger than the bread (the flatbread is not stiff enough to hold the topping when placed on an oven rack – the paper or foil assists to keep things horizontal).
• Top the flatbread with tomato relish and then arrange your toppings and cheese on top.
• Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
