CHUTNEY CHICKEN
Ingredients provided:
• Chicken piece(s)
• Chutney sauce
• Bay leaves
• Rice (if selected)
• Vegetables (if selected)
Ingredients from own source:
• Salt and pepper
• Water
Equipment required:
• Small jug and fork or whisk
• Oven dish with lid
• Kettle
Instructions:
• Set oven to 180°C and boil the kettle.
• Add the sauce to the jug and add some boiling water to thin the sauce. Stir well.
• Arrange the chicken pieces in the oven dish, season with salt and pepper and pour the sauce over. Turn the chicken pieces so they are covered with sauce all over.
• Cover and bake 30-45 minutes.
• Cook rice and vegetables.
