EGG, AVOCADO AND CHEESE QUESADILLA
Ingredients provided:
• Wrap/Tortilla
• Egg
• Cheese
• Avocado
Ingredients from own source:
• Salt and pepper
• Mayonnaise
Equipment required:
• Frying pan
• Grater
• Sharp knife
Instructions:
• Grate the cheese and slice the avocado.
• Set the dry pan over medium high heat.
• Place the wrap on the counter/tabletop and spread some mayonnaise over.
• Place slices of avocado on one half of the wrap in a circle/oval. Arrange the grated cheese around and on top of the avocado to form a “rim” for the egg to be broken into. Break the egg into the space created and carefully transfer the wrap to the hot dry pan.
• Fold half of the wrap over itself. Cook like that for 3 minutes and then turn over to cook the other side. Make sure to keep the closed side of the quesadilla at the bottom when turning over. Cook another 3-5 minutes and serve.
