FRITTATA DI SPAGHETTI
Ingredients provided:
• Spaghetti
• Egg
• Milk
• Cream cheese
• Herbs
• Cheddar
• Vegetables (if selected)
Ingredients from own source:
• Salt and Pepper
Equipment required:
• Pot for cooking spaghetti
• Cutting board and sharp knife for cutting vegetables (if using)
• Pan for cooking vegetables (if using)
• Mixing bowl and whisk
• Large fork or spoon or tongs
• Deep oven dish (or silicon mold if you wish to turn it out, which looks impressive)
Instructions:
• Break the eggs into the mixing bowl. Add the milk, cream cheese and herbs. Mix well.
• Grate the cheese and add to the bowl.
• Cook the spaghetti, drain and add to the mixing bowl.
• Set the oven to 180°C.
• Stir to mix the spaghetti with the egg custard.
• Tip the mixture into the oven dish or mold and bake 20 minutes. Turn out onto a serving platter if using a mold.
• Peel, deseed, slice and cook vegetables or make salad and serve with the Frittata
