GRILLED PORK CHOP
Ingredients provided:
• Pork chop
• Seasoning
• Cabbage and carrot (if selected)
• Potatoes and dressing (if selected)
Ingredients from own source:
• Apple cider vinegar or fruit juice
• Sugar
• Oil
Equipment required:
• Griddle pan or rack and dripping pan for air fryer
• Small bowl and basting brush
• Cutting board and sharp knife for salad (if using)
• Bowls for salads (if using)
• Pot for cooking potatoes (if using)
Instructions:
• Let pork come to room temperature.
• Cook potatoes, peel, cut and dress in one of the bowls (if using).
• Shred cabbage and carrot. Mix sugar and juice or vinegar in other bowl and toss salad (if using).
• Set the air fryer to 180°C or heat the (dry) griddle pan on medium high heat.
• Brush the pork chop with oil both sides and sprinkle with seasoning.
• Grill the meat about 10 minutes each side.
• Serve with potato salad and coleslaw.
