SPINACH AND FETA QUESADILLA
Ingredients provided:
• Flatbread
• Spinach
• Feta
Ingredients from own source:
• Mayonnaise
Equipment required:
• Frying pan or air fryer rack.
Instructions:
• Set the (dry) frying pan on medium high heat or air fryer to 180°C.
• Lay the flatbread on a work surface and spread some mayonnaise over.
• Tear the spinach in pieces and arrange on one half of the flatbread.
• Crumble the feta over the spinach.
• Fold the flatbread double and put in the frying pan or into air fryer.
• Fry about 3 minutes each side until crispy and warmed through.
